Data retention: how long your results are stored
Results from each scrape run are available in Simplescraper for 30 days. To keep data for longer, download it, send it to an integration as part of your workflow, or use incremental scraping - which isn't subject to the 30-day window.

Keeping data longer
- Download results as CSV or JSON from the dashboard at any time within the 30 days.
- Send results to an integration - Google Sheets, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or a webhook. Data delivered to your own tools is yours to keep indefinitely.
- Use incremental scraping when you're building one dataset from repeated runs of the same page.
