Your subscription
How it works
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account.
- Credits refresh each billing period and are valid for the duration of your subscription. See Credit usage for details on how credits are consumed.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your remaining credits until then.
- Your recipes remain on Simplescraper if you cancel, so you can pick up where you left off should you choose to resubscribe.
- Credit topups are one-time purchases that stack on top of your subscription credits and are available until your next renewal date.

Upgrading, adding credits, or changing your plan
- Visit the Simplescraper dashboard, click your name in the bottom-left corner of the webpage and then click 'My account'
Under the Plan section, click the 'change plan' button
A page will appear showing your current plan, and an option to update your subscription or top up your credits. Depending on your preferences, click on 'Update plan' or 'Get credits'.
