Your subscription

How it works

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account.

  • Credits refresh each billing period and are valid for the duration of your subscription. See Credit usage for details on how credits are consumed.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your remaining credits until then.
  • Your recipes remain on Simplescraper if you cancel, so you can pick up where you left off should you choose to resubscribe.
  • Credit topups are one-time purchases that stack on top of your subscription credits and are available until your next renewal date.

Upgrading, adding credits, or changing your plan

  1. Visit the Simplescraper dashboard, click your name in the bottom-left corner of the webpage and then click 'My account'

  1. Under the Plan section, click the 'change plan' button

  2. A page will appear showing your current plan, and an option to update your subscription or top up your credits. Depending on your preferences, click on 'Update plan' or 'Get credits'.

4. A popup will open allowing you to add your payment details and subscribe / top up
