Terms and Conditions for SimpleScraper ​

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and SimpleScraper ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

User Agreement ​

By using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to anyone who accesses the Service.

Subscription Information ​

Plans and Billing Cycles ​

Our Service offers various features accessible through paid subscriptions ("Subscription(s)"). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"), which may be either monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Renewal Policy ​

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless cancelled through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Cancelling Your Subscription ​

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

Payment Terms ​

You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, county, postcode, phone number, and a valid payment method. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge all applicable fees to your selected payment method. If automatic billing fails, we will issue an invoice, and you must complete the payment manually.

Trial Periods and Pricing Changes ​

Free Trials ​

We may offer Free Trials for a limited period. Billing information may be required to sign up for a Free Trial. You will not be charged until the Free Trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the Free Trial expires, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid Subscription.

Price Adjustments ​

We reserve the right to adjust Subscription fees at our discretion. Any changes in fees will apply at the end of your current Billing Cycle. We will notify you in advance of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a fee change indicates acceptance of the new fees.

Refund Policy ​

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

Account Responsibilities ​

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SimpleScraper. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You agree that SimpleScraper is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services.

Termination of Service ​

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation of Liability ​

SimpleScraper, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the Service, (ii) any third-party conduct or content on the Service, (iii) any content obtained from the Service, and (iv) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your content or transmissions.

Indemnity Clause ​

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SimpleScraper, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms, (iii) your violation of any third-party rights, including any intellectual property, property, or privacy rights, or (iv) any claims that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

Governing Jurisdiction ​

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.

For European Union (EU) Users ​

If you are an EU consumer, you will benefit from your country's consumer protection laws. Any legal disputes will be resolved by the courts of your country of residence.

By using our Service, you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Amendments to Terms ​

We may, at our sole discretion, modify or replace these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will provide a notice of at least 30 days before the new terms become effective. The notice will be posted on our website or sent to you via the email address associated with your account.
