Send every row anywhere. Webhooks · Zapier · Make · n8n.
Paste a webhook URL into any scraper and each page it scrapes is posted as JSON. Catch it in Zapier, Make or n8n, or in your own code.
Every finished run posts its rows here as JSON.
Content-Type: application/json [ { "name": "Trailhead 40L Pack", "price": "$129.00", "name_link": "https://lumensupply.com/p/1042", "url": "https://lumensupply.com/packs", "url_uid": 1, "index": 1, "timestamp": 1790931641482, "timestampString": "Fri, 02 Oct 2026 09:00:41 GMT", "uid": "Qm7RkT2vXa9LpE4sN0cW" }, { "name": "Daypack 22L", "price": "$89.00", ... }, ... 22 more rows]
One request per page
When a page finishes scraping, its rows are posted as one JSON array. A scraper that reads 40 pages sends 40 requests.
Row metadata
Each row arrives with the page it came from, its position, a timestamp and a unique ID, plus the address of every link you scraped.
Monitor alerts by webhook
A change monitor can send each change to a webhook URL, so the same Zap or server can act on what changed.
Webhook payload fields
A POST with the content type application/json, sent as each page finishes. The body is an array with one object per row: your properties first, then the fields Simplescraper adds.
| Field | What it holds | Example |
|---|---|---|
name price | One field per property you scraped, named as in your scraper | "Trailhead 40L Pack" |
name_link | A link scraped alongside a property, with _link added to the property's name | "https://lumensupply.com/p/1042" |
url | The page that was scraped | "https://lumensupply.com/packs" |
url_uid | The position of that page in the scraper's list of URLs | 1 |
index | The row's number within the results | 1 |
timestamp | When the data was scraped, in Unix milliseconds | 1790931641482 |
timestampString | The same moment as a readable date | "Fri, 02 Oct 2026 09:00:41 GMT" |
uid | A unique identifier for this result | "Qm7RkT2vXa9LpE4sN0cW" |
Webhook setup in Zapier · Make · n8n
Any service that accepts an HTTP POST can receive your rows. Here is how to set up the most common ones.
How to send scraped data to a webhook
The webhook is a setting on the scraper, so manual and scheduled runs both send the rows.
Paste a webhook URL
Open the scraper's Send tab, paste the URL from Zapier, Make, n8n or your server, and press Enter to save it.
Run or schedule the scraper
Each page posts its rows as soon as it finishes, whether you run the scraper by hand or on a schedule.
FAQ
What are webhooks and how do they work?
Webhooks automatically send your scraped data to other apps instantly. Add a webhook URL, and every time you scrape, the data goes directly to your app, database, or automation tool.
Which apps can I connect with webhooks?
Connect to Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n or any app that accepts webhooks. From there your data can reach Slack, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRMs and your own applications.
How do I set up a webhook?
Just paste your webhook URL in the Send tab of any scraper. That's it! Every scrape will automatically send JSON data to your endpoint. No coding required.
